August 9th – mail-out end of August for September, October and all of November.
November 8th – mail-out end of November for December, ,January, and all of February.
February 9th – mail-out end of February, for March, April, and all of May.

Details should be submitted by the deadline to guarantee inclusion.
If you are sending images, please make sure they are jpg pdf format. Overly wordy or lengthy inclusions will be edited, so please help by summarising info. Dated events should be submitted in date order for inclusion in the diary.
